Davonte James, professionally known as MAJOR, operates in live event production focusing on execution and coordination. He provides end-to-end production oversight ensuring alignment between production teams, technical systems, and talent, ensuring clarity and seamless execution at every stage.

His experience has led to opportunities to work on projects for iHeartMedia, Live Nation, Gilead Sciences, AARP, Woman Evolve, among many others, while also working hands-on with A-list and well-known performers to ensure seamless execution onstage and behind the scenes.

In his role, MAJOR is often responsible for show flow execution, speaker and talent coordination, and on-site production management serving as the operational link between creative intent and technical delivery. His approach is rooted in clarity, timing, and maintaining control of live environments so that messaging and experience remain the priority.

Prior to dedicating his focus to live event production, he established his early foundation in content marketing and development for live events. That experience supports his ability to bring a strong perspective on shaping audience experience, refining show structure, and ensuring proactive communication with technical teams for seamless execution.

Outside of work, MAJOR is usually listening to a few of his favorite podcast or making people draw four in UNO. He’s big on quality time with friends and saving outfit inspirations on Instagram to wear for the times he doesn't wear all black for work. At home in Atlanta, you’ll find him spending most of his time attending church or volunteering at a food shelter.
